Why I Do This

I know first hand how frustrating it can be to feel held back by pain, fatigue, or symptoms that don’t seem to have clear answers. My journey into health and fitness started not from textbooks, but from my own lived experiences, dealing with chronic pain, navigating hormonal changes, and learning how nutrition and movement can make all the difference. That personal path gave me a deep empathy for anyone who feels like their body is working against them.
How I Work

I believe training and nutrition should never be about quick fixes, extremes, or punishing yourself. Instead, I combine mobility, strength, and tailored nutrition coaching to help you:
-
Reduce pain and stiffness
-
Move with confidence
-
Build strength that supports your joints and lifestyle
-
Feel energised and in control of your health
Whether you’re in the gym, at home, or out enjoying life, the strategies we put in place are designed to be practical, sustainable, and adaptable to your unique circumstances.
Outside the Gym

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me out walking the dog, horse riding, or experimenting with recipes that support both performance and gut health. I bring that same curiosity and dedication into my work with clients, blending evidence based knowledge with real life application.
Let’s Work Together
