An initial 60 minute nutrition consultation is a personalised session aimed at assessing your current dietary habits. During the consultation we will discuss your consultation form along with medical history, lifestyle, preferences and any specific concerns you may have regarding your diet. Based on this information I will then develop a tailored plan that aligns with your goals, whether its weight management, improving overall health, intermittent fasting, managing a medical condition, or balancing hormones.
This will also include recommendations for meal planning, portion control, food choices, supplementation, and behaviour modification strategies.

Coaching Programme
A coaching service for those who feel they would benefit from extra guidance and monitoring. The main difference with this is that I take responsibility for keeping track of your progress.
This will include a customised meal plan based on your unique needs, supplement recommendations and remote weekly check in's, via an app. Price varies depending on duration.

Menopause Reset Session
This Solution Session is ideal for women who are starting to experience symptoms of menopause or already going through it and is designed to make the transition a more positive one. Most sessions last approximately 90 minutes and will include a full consultation.
We will cover all aspects of menopause from HRT, nutrition, exercise, symptoms, sleep and how best to move forward to feel like yourself again. You will have a follow up email outlining the bespoke key points discussed during your session.

30 Day Intermittent Fasting Programme
Intermittent fasting is a great tool with many benefits. It can help with weight management, glucose stabilisation, help prevent disease, support brain function, reset hormones and delay aging. With this 30 day reset programme, I will guide you through how to fast around your hormones, what and when to eat, what supplements to take and what periods of fasting is necessary for your cycle. This will include a 60 minute consultation, weekly check in's and a follow up email outlining the bespoke key points discussed during your consultation.
