"Sarah is amazing and changed my life completely!! After years of failed dieting that I couldn’t sustain I spent 3 months with Sarah and she fixed everything. Sarah changed my diet, gave me detailed meal plans and personal training sessions and kept a watchful eye on me on My Fitness Pal. No point trying to cheat .. she knows. Always available when I had questions and always so supportive.
It really didn’t even feel like a diet ... often being told I wasn’t eating enough! The weight loss and toning didn’t take long to show and after 3 months I was where I had always wanted to be. Almost 6 months on now and my weight has stayed consistent for the first time in my life. No amount of googling weight loss was ever going to make me understand what my body needed in order to lose fat and keep it off. "My knowledge of health and nutrition at the grand old age of nearly 50 has never been at its best. Sort of battling with my weight and right food choices for years I always dreamed of finding someone who could help and guide me in the right direction. I then decided that with my upcoming "big" birthday looming I wanted to treat myself and make that happen! I had seen reviews about Sarah and decided to take the plunge and get in contact, and little did I know what a life changing moment that would be! I had an initial consultation with Sarah to discuss my personal needs and to determine what I was aiming to achieve from this journey. We agreed on the 12 week plan which was specifically tailored for me, I also have an autoimmune condition which Sarah took into account with food choices complimenting this. I was nervous at first and excited about the journey ahead and I needn't have been! Sarah was literally there for me every step of the way - every single day for 12 weeks, guiding and encouraging me! Nothing was too much trouble. As the weeks went on I learned so much and started noticing the changes to my body - all for the good! No more afternoon slumps, no cravings, sugar spikes, my body started changing, my moods were stable and I was feeling great. I also complimented the plan with 2-3 x a week weight workouts in the gym. To date, since starting I have lost 26lbs, am a size 12 and feel absolutely fabulous! Something I have not been able to achieve alone all these years until meeting Sarah. I am just so pleased to have been able to go on this journey and I feel very lucky to have found Sarah. "I couldn't recommend Sarah enough. I contacted her to help lose weight for my wedding. After my consultation she made me a nutrition plan which we were able to make into something i would like. I cant believe the simple changes she made which have made a massive difference. She really listened to what i wanted. Even whilst doing the plan over Christmas into New Year she helped me keep on track. I have carried on with the nutrition plan after the initial 12 weeks because she has given me the positivity to keep going from the results! I've also started Personal Training and Mobility with her."
